- Preferred locations for sites

- Utilities - access to water / electric
- Permission to keep livestock (chickens, perhaps not goats...)

- Composting toilets / solar water heating / solar power / mini wind turbines / other 'eco' ideas
- Previous use of land - eg a preference for ex-agricultural land over ex-industrial / storage to avoid decontamination issues

I'm definitely interested. What about the strip of disused land at the end of the Spinney? We've talked for ages about having them there!!
